Vel i have to say that i am throughly impressed with your pitch and furthermore, i really believe you are sincere this time.
As you know, i have questioned your intent on several topics but this time i think you are being straight forward and really want to help people in need.

I don't like donating to charities because I don't trust what they do with my money. I think it's too easy for people to blindly give their money away to feel good for themselves.
I think the best way is to start with your neighborhood, community and closely surrounding areas.

Wasn't suggesting that at all. I do know Vel drinks alot of wine and is often drunk when commenting. Aside from his pinpoint pupils Vel's never shown any sign of drug use.
