Cheesecake Of Death
I finally got around to making one. A REAL CHEESE CAKE. Happy Birthday to me!! If you're on a diet you might want to sit this one out.
I wanted to call it MoonCake but that's taken.
This cake is made from 99.99% melted cheese. Each layer was melted separately and poured into the cake pan on top of the previous layer, then baked to golden perfection.
1 long block of old white cheddar
1 long block of mozzarella
2 medium size Havarti
2 medium size Gouda(mine was spiced)
2 medium size monterey jack
spices (garlic and basil)
and blue cheese n brie icing.
