  • Parris Glendening, the former governor of Maryland, was introducing on live TV in the 90's the trigger lockss that he wanted legislated into existence, and which everyone knew wouldn't work. It became hilariously apparent during the live segment that Mr. Glendening didn't know the first thing about guns. Put that together with the hypocrisy of a congressman, who has armed guards around her office, and you see the idiocy of politics.
