Norway needs to take a serious look at their legal system. The only acceptable form of punishment I see fit for this guy is to place him in a room full of his victims' family members.

In Norway, maximum sentence is 21 years with periodic reviews of fitness for release based on threat to the public.
Conventional wisdom is whats-his-name will die in prison.

EVERYBODY READ : Brevik Will be in prison for the rest of his life, Norwegian law can only give 21 years at a time, but it can be extended for 5 years at the time forever... Everybody here in Norway know that he will never be let out. SO CALM THE FUCK DOWN!

That was just an initial prison term. It will be extended until the day he dies every time he goes for a release hearing. There's no way they will let him back into society.
At least I hope not.
