WTF!? Dogs love to hang their heads out the car window, but I guess in Russia anything is possible when you have the money.

Was not going to start ranting here, but the endangered leopard is protected in all countries in which it lives. The Amur leopard (if this is one) has been a protected species in Russia since 1956. I meant to post this video as entertainment, but come to think of it, it pisses me off! :/
