Ovenmade Beef Jerky in Sweden - Duke Brazi Style
I haven't found any green tomatoes here yet so that will be a later project.
Beef Jerky is not common here in sweden at all, you can barely even buy it in stores (well, sure, it exists but mostly out on the countryside. Not in any store close to me)
I think it's gonna get a lot bigger because of it being LCHF-friendly and tasty as hell.
For me, I just love the taste and the proteins in it.
So I made a quick video of me fixing a batch. I really had to edit it really fast to be able to upload it tonight, which I wanted to, so I hope it's still watchable.

Love the dog!!! Just my suggestion as it's how alot of us make jerky is to buy yourself a dehydrator and dry the jerky in it. You'll find that it gets done in half the time and a plus is that it is more moist and flavorful. You dont have to buy a high dollar one. One like mine is around forty U.S. dollars with four racks. Enjoy!

@gonehuntin Yeah, I'll definately look for it. Might be able to find one online to get shipped here for a reasonable price if I can't find anything around here.

@DukeBrazi There used to be a bar in the twin cities that sold pieces that were thick like that. $1 a piece and that was good stuff!
