Idiot deserved to get hit. The USA has a law that's really common sense - if traffic in one lane is stopped, you need to exercise caution in the other lanes. Reasoning is say someone stops to let a pedestrian cross, your lane needs to stop too. That would have saved this idiot by slowing instead of veering around to try to go nowhere faster.

@phirephoto In all my driving career, they have been 39105 dumbasses breaking for no reason, 510992 people breaking without turning signals because they have seen a parking spot or wanted to make a turn and 2 people breaking because of an obstacle.
