    Not likely. This is not the USA, it's Peru. Only about 1 in 50 families have a TV, and 90% of those that watch TV are watching soap operas and don't give a sh*t about watching a police video, and even if somebody does watch the police video and knows the culprit he will immediately let him know that they are looking for him so he can make his escape.     WHAT??? are you for real? dude they dont live on a god forsaken place!! and as you can see tht guy knew what to go for, my point is that if according to you only 1 in 50 families have tv's how did he know what to get? seems to me that i will just go for the good stuff(money) now the lynching happens only on rural areas
