@paulc07 Silverstein bought the towers at a discount after it was discovered that they were full of asbestos, he took out a billion dollar insurance policy and made sure that a terrorist act was included. After the attacks he demanded that he be paid twice since the 2 planes were considered 2 separate acts of terrorism.
