Shuttle Entreprise sails through New York to Intrepid museum

The space shuttle Enterprise, surrounded by a flotilla of boats, is
making its way to its new Manhattan home. The prototype space shuttle
traveled up the Hudson River from Jersey City, N.J., on Wednesday. It
passed the Statue of Liberty and the World Trade Center site. It will
hoisted by crane onto the flight deck of the Intrepid Sea, Air &
Space Museum.

  • I've worked with Weeks a bunch of times, they're the crew who's barging the crane and then putting it on the Intrepid with their 500 ton barge crane. They're a top notch crew, very professional, sucks to see the tugboat driver fuck up and hit the wing on a wooden piling

  • My prediction is that this is a ceremony of sorts, for the elite. The Enterprise sailing past the Statue Of Liberty. Expect possibly the USS Enterprise Aircraft carrier to be attacked shortly which will start a war with Iran, and possibly WWIII. Down vote me now, but come back to this comment to up vote it when it happens!!!
