Apotemnophilia comes to mind although I think in this case it has more to do with a degenerative aging problem with the dog.

Possibly the dog has a spine injury or a tumor which causes involuntary movements of the left leg. In any case the leg seems to have a life of its own. Looks funny, but it possibly isn't. Take it to a vet!
