Tourists usually pet the dog while he tells them the story on how he saved a poor poppy and now needs to feed it :)
But sometimes i see a totally different dude with that same dog bagging on a different corner. I guess they take shifts:P

At 50 donations per hour even if everyone gave her just a quarter, she's making $12.50 per hour and I know I saw bills going in her cup. Probably only has to do 4 hours a day to make what the average worker makes. She needs to have them crutches kicked out from underneath her.
