UA DSP Storm Chasers & UAMS Tornado Chase In Tuscaloosa
(Tuscaloosa April 27, 2011) The University of Alabama Delta Sigma Phi Storm Chasers partner up with the University of Alabama Meteorological Society to help track and chase the storm. The video was shot from Woods and Water, which is located to the south of the storm. The tornado has been declared an EF-5 tornado, which is the highest and rarest detectable category. Immediately following the tornado, both crews went to help those affected.
