Nick Nolte strikes again! Not. Love the hair.
Actually the cop started punching first, I saw this twice to be sure. He grabbed the thief at :13, jabbed a right hand at :16 then the rest happened. Of course it's still resisting arrest, stabbing a peace officer and misdemeanor theft, regardless of who struck first - but a good lawyer would have minimized his jail time, likely. But the dude is going away for awhile, for sure.
