I've got a cousin who has pica. Poor bastard eats cigarettes like they're going out of style. He's got other mental problems as well. You can't take him in a parking lot without him picking up butts and eating em. It's sad and nasty.

@fuchajen Yeah, it's true. I wouldn't joke about something like that. He's been doin it since he was a kid. His mom and all the other people in my family who smoked would have to hide their smokes when he was around cause he'd go hide and eat every last one. I've seen him empty a half full ashtray in his mouth before and just chew away and be happy as ever. So weird. He really can't help it and like I said he's got some serious mental problems. He's 23 now and in an institution. And no he does More..

@fuchajen Interesting you bring up stomach issues. He's got severe GERD and vomits often. Like, oddly often. He's been tested and has been diagnosed with many different gastrointestinal issues. Cause ya gotta understand that his pica didn't just end with smokes... He'd consume anything toxic. Like cleaning chemicals, paper, dirt.. All sorts of awful shit. Things that would kill most anyone else but not him.
The best story about him is when he sucked on a bottle of chrome colored spray paint More..
