  • the facts are in,countries that have legalized saw a lower number of drug users,a big drop in crime rates, and yet here we still are, why? it's all money, the lion's share of people in prisons are there for drug charges,(need more prisons, need more money to run prisons)cia, fbi, atf all making money off 'the war on drugs',this is what is keeping it illegal. meanwhile, they keep approving 'legal' drugs that are killing, making people sick, and dependent.go figure.

    • @OILLPOND There is a organisation started by some cops which is lobbying for drugs to be legalized. it is called "LEAP" Law Enforcement Against Prohibition.

"We believe that drug prohibition is the true cause of much of the social and personal damage that has historically been attributed to drug use. It is prohibition that makes these drugs so valuable – while giving criminals a monopoly over their supply. Driven by the huge profits from this monopoly, criminal gangs bribe a More..

    • @Rebel_Radius Thankyou for your indepth reply and it is good to know that a few police believe that having a smoke in your kitchen at night should not warrant having your door kicked in/house turned upside down and being dragged away because of a bitchy neighbor ect but allas it will never happen! Remember Wayne goss in 89 rode the decriminalisation of marijuana all the way to a victory at the polls and then reneged? Go's very deep the rabbit hole i think...What a pity i can buy a bottle of pis More..

  • The drug trade is too profitable for the Government to become legalised. That was discovered by the DEA in the 1970s.

    End of..

The Government worries about the problems that legalisation may bring about and the cost of treatment and the fact that 'Obamacare' or a similar service HAS to become a reality which will anger the private medical companies, which pay a lot of cash into the Government.

It's a rewrite the Government doesn't wanna risk!

    • @olifaxe Who owns the labs which design drugs and promote the fear agenda which exonerates the fake wars on drugs in the first place.
The government runs monopolies. Always has done, always will do.

  • Fuck that. Anything the government touches gets destroyed. Drugs have been a successful business for decades. Pot is better than it ever was. Other narcotics are also easily available and the prices have remained reasonable. A gram of coke is better and cheaper today than it was 20 years ago. Why should the government get their hands on this? If anything they should learn how to run the country better by watching what the drug dealers do. Reduce crime you say? Fuck that too.
