Ive seen this a few times here and Im not complaining about that but,I dont think top heavy was an issue at all but blazing into the turn was the "only" problem I see here.
There's a real bad habit here. The guy in the pick-up truck is trying to get the hell out of there because what happened was that he moved over to the left lane after signalling for a long time. All that signalling caused the big rig driver to accelerate to try and make it impossible for the pick up truck driver. He did get good clearance but they continue to accelerate per the left lane attitude problem rule. After failing to make that lane change impossible for the other driver he then concentrates of tailgating like as if all that previous signalling was not good enough for the next hour. He totally forgot about turns in a big rig thinking all this crap, trying to be an ahole.

I'm fairly certain that somewhere there is a gathering of like-minded people planning to track down every person that still think "did he died?" is fun, and whack them over the head with something less fun.

Sept 8th 2008. Donner Pass. This video was caught from a dash cam of the truck it flew past before it met its demise.
I'm not sure if it was brake failure, or if he was just goin too stinkin' fast. This was a fatal rollover.
