A four-year-old boy who wants to be governor is getting his wish, if only for a day.

Jesse Koczon was quite upset after being told he's too small to be the governor of New Jersey.

The boy's mother asked him why he was upset. Jesse replied, "Cause everyone tells me I'm too small to be the governor of New Jersey."

The video caught the attention of Gov. Chris Christie, who signed a proclamation on Wednesday making Jesse the Garden State's honorary governor for the day and his fraternal twin brother, Brandon, honorary lieutenant governor.
