@sydney_73 I lived in Sydney and there is far more steet violence than in my home city in India. The only thing missing is political violence which the government has managed to subdue.
Only a strong police force and a great judicial system is stopping the psychos in Sydney from taking over. So because of this most Sydneysiders behave...somewhat.

The SUV was an Iraqi Army vehicle (that's what it says in the Arabic writings the bottom), many Soldiers drive those SUVs (they have been shown with them on other videos in the past) because they think if they drive in civilian looking cars they wont be targeted, but those are actually well armoured vehicles that just look different from Humvees but are essentially military vehicles
The attack was a total miss so I have no idea why they posted it, but it wasn't targeting civilians
