English perfect. French survivable - I can read and listen O.K. Speaking is a bit of a challenge but it develops when I am in Francophone territory.
I can also understand a fair bit of Slovakian and even order beer in the Potroviny :-)

I have a Belgian guest just now - actually Flemish. She can speak English. French, Flemish, Dutch, & German at least. She's also learning Arabic.
I don't know about her German, but her Flemish is obviously distinct to Dutch - much softer in the Gutterals.
