South China Mall (Largest in the World)

The Economy in China has been built on contstruction, development and expansion. It dwarfs the American Real Estate bubble of 2008 by comparison.

No one knows when China's economic bubble will burst, but everyone knows that it will.

When it does, who will finance America's deficit? Will China cash American bonds? If so, how will we afford them?

The Answer is inflation. Massive, Zimbabwe-like Inflation.

It's coming.

  • Good post, its going to burst big-time...in China its actually quite hard to get credit as the state banks are very cautious...so guess what? You've got thousands of loan-sharks lending at absolutely ridicolous levels, totally unregulated...could make 2008/Lehman look like a party

Ft. Knox is empty, and the Fed sold most of its gold years ago.

China's the biggest buyer of precious metals today.

  • It IS the worlds largest mall. The only problem is they built the thing in the middle of nowhere. This just goes to show that the market should drive growth and not what the government thinks the market wants.

Just as there are algorithms to brute force an ideal solution, there are also algorithms that lead to the same solution that do not require all the information before hand. Trying to brute force an ideal solution (like this) without all the information is simply illogical.
