During the heaviest floods/storms I have ever seen in 2 years while living in Malta, one guy with an air mattress makes a lame attempt at grabbing a car to get pulled in the water...
Even more funny knowing that the place where the action is going on is quite known for having drainage overflow when it rains. Guy must
have been waddling through liters of human waste..

In fact, it did not rain since May 2012 until yesterday storms! It's still the country with less-rain in average in Europe.
But the water-evacuation systems are SO weak here that it's always a drama when storm/heavy rains are happening
