1. The NCAA has all but destroyed one of the most celebrated football programs in college football history.
2. They've done it without making it clear what NCAA program regulations were actually violated by Penn State.
3. They've laid aside their own procedural rules while imposing these sanctions.
4. They've hurt the university itself, possibly costing it tens of millions of dollars.
5. While doing so, they've given nobody the sense that justice has been done.

The Freeh Report clearly shows he knew about the abuse and initiated collusion with others to cover it up.
