He just stopped and it`s as if he was waiting, then came the shooter just casually walking around the truck, straight up to the girl and bang, then ran off with the bike rider running off seconds later, I`d be definately Grilling the bike rider, things that make you go Hmmmm.

Find the driver of the bike and ask why she stopped in a secluded area. My guess is that it was yet another drug deal that went bad. I'm betting the driver of the bike knew him, or she would have taken off.
After watching again, that guy obviously got out of that truck. Paid hit perhaps? Can't be road rage...
