My Surgery Time Lapse 
Had an 'Arthroscopic Meniscus Reapair' yesterday 22/02/13 at 18:00 GMT
Made this time lapse on my Gopro with the Surgeons consent. Top guy!
Had a serious tear on the horn of my meniscus while playing football back in mid December. Also ruptured my ACL but not having that done due to it still being quite stable.
Excuse the Editing but im pretty useless on computers
Enjoy the video as it hurt me like shit, and still does this morning!

Going under is a challenge.. First they inject it, then there's the taste in the mouth, blurry vision and then they molest you in your sleep...

When they put me under, I remember them telling me about the shot, then them telling me to count backwards, then the lights sorta' got brighter before I thought "Wow, I should blink, it'll only take a second."
Then I woke up and vomited blood in the recovery area. Turns out the place I went simply let you swallow all the blood from the wisdom teeth removal. Pretty fucked up.

@Killer43 I've had 2 endoscopys done, both times I had the same anesthesiologist. The second time I made sire I took notice of the symptoms as my body said "fuckit".
They injected it, all I remember is blurry vision and a taste in my mouth. I started mentioning it to him and as my eyes closed he started laughing.

Good luck on your recovery. I've had the same procedure years ago with no trouble since. Where's the part when they use the sex toys on you while you're out?...or maybe that was just my surgery... :(

I'm sure THOUSANDS of these "routine" surgeries take place EACH & EVERY day,....BUT,...since we don't see them, we don't think about/appreciate them.
Modern medicine and surgeons in particular are,...simply put,...AMAZING!! Stop and think just how far we've come medically/scientifically in the last 100 or less years. Mind blowin'!!
