    Dude that has to be one of the stupedist things I've EVER seen written. The ONLY way that you win a fight, battle, or war is by disproportionate use of force.

    Thats the whole freaking idea. If they attack you with a bomb then you send 10 bombs back until the side attacking you either

    1.) Gives up

    2.) Is no longer able to harm you.

    Only some worthless bueracracy like the UN and the cowards within could come up with such a comment.

    Hell even in sports the idea is to overwhelm your opponent with "disproportionate force" i.e. scoring more points.

    In boxing the idea is to overwhelm your opponent with "disproportionate force".

    The stupidity level here is incredible.

    Feel free to choose another organization to corroborate the same thing. It is well known that the Israeli military fires indiscriminately into crowds of Palestinian civilians in order to hit this or that militant. Human Rights and other orgs put the witnesses and evidence together but it's hard to prosecute the military of any country.
