I love this stuff. I have 2 DVDs of it. The first one has 7 songs and there are 8 on the second. It is CGI but pretty amazing work.

What is cool is they wrote the animation algorithms to follow the musical performance. If the music performance changed from one take to the next, then the animation would change automatically. Each note had an animation equivalent, so the musicians just had to play, and the video created itself.
