  • Most sane Christians would damn themselves to everlasting torture for their kids. This is true love. It's quite obvious that the god they invented has nothing but contempt for us. This is not love but control. Makes me think of Stockholm Syndrome.

    • my 'kids' are in their 30s and it still hurts me when one of them is sick or having some trouble.

      when my daughter had chicken pox the poor little thing suffered so much. i had to go to the bathroom several times to cry in frustration that i could not be sick for her. i didn't pray tho. if i had believed in god at the time i would have cursed him for causing a little child to suffer.
