Insane White Mountain vacation bridge jump into crevace waterfall 
I seen a local do it the day before and thought he was completely insane... and so of course I had to prove i'm as crazy as they come. Scary but one hell of an adrenaline rush!
EDIT: After research, its more 28' - 29'. I've been quarry jumping at much greater heights, but this particular spot you have to land in the right place. The pic and vid doesnt do justice as to how intimidating it is. If ever in Warren, NH check it out it's a great spot!

i once saw a dude at the beach running into the surf when a wave broke and diving head first into the foam (not realizing the foam was 1 foot deep) and broke his neck...fucking awful sight...dont know if he is paralyzed but probably the way they had to drag him out of the water

One of the things you need to watch out for while doing this kind of thing: Rivers and streams naturally collect debris. Sometimes that debris is a huge branch from a tree upstream. If the water is not clear enough to see to the bottom (which it usually isn't)the bridge you jumped off last week may have a surprise for you today....such as impalement. Be careful.
