east London has been buzzing this week with the Athletics, you can almost feel the roar of the spectators, it's almost tangible! I was on the DLR today and it was stuffed to the gunwales with every nationality under the sun (well, seemingly), it was like a well-off UN Train, it's really nice having so many friendly and seemingly happy visitors everywhere. It's great that he took this record here tonight a couple of miles from where I live, Great Stuff!

It think that 9.64 mark is unofficial - electronic measurement corrects the result automatically, so it was 9.63 ...
