Badly secured should be used when an attempt has been made to secure. In this case it might be more appropriate to say unsecured. Was there a dashcam on the container?

You can tell that the driver of the blue car is pissed at the camera car. It was the dash camera and shitty russian dance music that summoned this accident. Strangely there was not a Lada involved.
