Why are these people allowed to vote?
I'd be in favor of a basic voting standards test, where it is confirmed that you are at least as comprehensive as a highschool graduate before you vote each election season, and then your vote counts. For people who choose not to take it or don't pass it, their vote should be worth like 1/4th of a vote.
Not even joking, say what you want but that would be sweet.
