Ain't much of a tactical rifle if it keeps jamming.
The best magazine for the Ruger 10/22 that I have found is the rotary model the gun is sold with. Add a QUALITY folding stock like the Butler Creek, open sights, and you have the best you're going to get as far as tactical.
All that stuff may look pretty, but I have found the gun most useful in near-stock condition. I own several and love them.

@Meathead12 Ruger does a factory 25 round magazine for the 10/22 now that's very nice, it's about $30.
