The driver obviously didn't hear the ambulance siren. In Canada, they don't just barrel through red lights like that. I blame the ambulance driver for that one.
Automatically, the driver of the passenger vehicle is at fault. What is surprising is how they struck just right for the much heavier ambulance to get tossed like that.

even with siren/lights on you gotta make sure everbody sees you coming
the total lack of concern is the result of the city urban nanny-state mentality and correct thought patterns drilled into them by their progressive socialist masters.
I felt that the headline was most factually correct in that an ambulance was struck by a car and flipped onto its side. In that sense, it did meet expectations. However it is still unclear who blew what traffic control device and therefore I will declare that part to be "su****ious, even sinisterly mysterious" in nature.
If all other traffic were stopped, it would seem that the car had the green light.. Even when you are driving an ambulance, you still have to use precaution as not everyone can hear you if windows are rolled up and music on. Just hope all came out of this unharmed.

Hopefully no one was in the back of that ambulance.
Don't think the car run a redlight though.

cant tell if the ambulance siren was on by the video, surely if you hear a siren comming from somewhere you have to be more aware than that.
