Raw Video; Plane Crash Rescue In Lake Erie
Plane sunk in 1 minute. all rescued
TOLEDO, OH (WKBW) - A small plane crashed into the waters of Lake Erie near Toledo, Ohio around Noon Friday.
This video was sent to WKBW by Jon Cook, who is on retreat off the coast of Sandusky, Ohio with a group from The Chapel in Amherst. Cook, who witnessed the event, says no one was seriously injured in the crash

I guess a sea faring 12 year old might be mature enough to expect a trained member of a ship's crew to properly handle a life saving device, and then notice when he didn't handle it properly.
Of course that then begs the question, where exactly are you meeting these 12 year olds and do their parents know?

Four metro Detroit residents reportedly escaped with only bumps and bruises Friday when the small plane they were aboard crashed into Lake Erie near the dock of a ferry line on South Bass Island, the Ohio Highway Patrol said.
The crash occurred about 11:30 a.m. Friday after the engine of the 1977 Cessna 210 failed as the plane was apparently trying to make it to the Put-in-Bay Airport, More..
