Actually it's totally useless. It needs a full anti-aircraft infrastructure including radars and command and control centres run by highly trained soldiers.

This rocket is not so important, but the extracted warhead wired on a truck is a great bomb for ground targets!

You can destroy with this 217-kg warhead possibly also a tower from the airport, then starts no more aircraft.
The Migs are dangerous, but the soldiers on the ground should die first. Their Shabiha militia slaughter much more people, than the airplanes!
