Cleveland Metropolitan School District bus driver captured video of a female motorist driving on the sidewalk to avoid stopping for the bus loading and unloading children. The driver was caught on cell phone camera Tuesday morning.
Cleveland police released the driver's name late Tuesday afternoon. She is 32-year-old Shena Hardin, of Cleveland. Hardin was not arrested, but cited for not stopping for the school bus. CMSD driver Uriah Herron is credited by supervisors for his quick thinking to nab the driver on camera. The driver's sidewalk detours appear to be a daily occurrence. "We had a very conscientious driver for 30 years. He really cares about his children and he took the extra step that this doesn't happen again," said CMSD Bus Manager Eric Taylor. The incident happened at East 38th Street between Superior and Payne Avenue.

Frig. It's worse than I thought. She could loose her license and fined thousands. She's been filmed doing this before, the building she drove next to was a day care, and the bus was stopped for a wheelchair-bound student. Cops finally got her yesterday.

I don't like cops much but I would like to buy that cop a lunch. Just to make the bus driver smile
I would of cuffed her and impounded her car. I have had my licence for 28 years and never seen any one that stupid. And I live in Boston. And she is 32? Lock the bitch up for a couple of months. I think people like that should have there pictures posted for every one to see. Of a good public flogging. It's a toss up with me.
