I think this is a classic falling asleep at the wheel case. He weaves and then veers left. 99% of the time a sleeping driver veers left. That's why it's great to be in the UK - we drive on the left so just hit countryside and not other drivers.

there's only 2 places ,you see accidents like that(on dash cam videos)..russia and china , but only one country of the two , you see other motorists running out of their cars trying to help the accident victims.
