not only do they call your home, but when i need help with my directv, or with my laptop or something, i call the number, and guess what? it's jim!! lol and i can't understand a word he is saying! lol
so, even the customer service is drowned with jim's that i can't understand. lol

I can not understand them. All customer service is indian nowadays. They dont even try to speak clearly, and what sucks is they dont have to. theres noone to complain to
I chalk it all up to globalization and the dehumanizing of people as a mere commodity. No f&b's here. I've depersonilized this process long ago.Thank god for caller I.D. These are very short conversations and, now that i'm on "do not call" lists, these calls have decreased to a trickle. I'm a terrible consumer and if these global economies are counting on me for growth than they're in big trouble.
I deal with Fedex on a daily basis as my business ships 10-20 packages daily. Anytime after 9PM I cannot get anyone on the phone that is not Indian. Its kind of sad. Fedex has great customer service during normal business hours. After that...ughhhh

Yea when I was in India made me sad. Heres these big call centers and they are lavish. Then 10 feet away are lil 3 year old kids breathing in vapors from melting mother boards for the Nickel i believe.
Indias cast system is so unfair. Your dads a street sweeper guess what your going to be. The Indians you see in these are from all weel off familys. And most are college grads in these call centers. Normal Indians dont get hired.
I dod not like getting solicitation calsl at home or thier canned speach that his geared towards not giving you any chance ot talk except to say 'yes'.
I do not blame Indian people in particular, especially Jim. I'm sure some people like it and do well but in a country with 1 billion people and no job, many people have no choice but to make 400 awkward calsl a day where they get sh*t on and told to bugg off!
Thanks Microsoft, Dell, Sprint/Nextel, Delta Airlines, American Express, Citibank, IBM and Hewlett Packard for helping Indians experience the American dream. More U.S. companies will be joining soon because of the cheap labor.

A fortunate think is that almost no one outside Italy speaks Italian, so this shit doesn't happen.
I kinda miss them now.
