Part of channel(s): Afghanistan (current event)

The Special Operations Task Group (SOTG) has helped to expand on the
knowledge of their Afghan National Security Force (ANSF) partners with a
Tactical and Sensitive Site Exploitation training course held at Multi
National Base -- Tarin Kot.

The course, being held for the
Provincial Response Company -- Uruzgan, aims to teach the ANSF all the
skills necessary to discover and neutralise Improvised Explosive
Devices.

It is held over a two-week period and builds on skills taught by previous SOTG rotations.

This
course is part of a wide range of training conducted by SOTG, which
covers tactical and sensitive site exploitation, human rights, law and
order, primacy of civil authority, Laws of Armed Conflict, first aid,
evidence collection and the Afghan constitution.
