    The police invited him to an ice cream social and asked him what flavor ice cream he wanted, he stated that he wanted chocolate, they told him there was no chocolate ice cream, only vanilla and strawberry and it escalated from there.

  • Im here in Philly and i think the reason for this was that the dude stole a vehicle and they were on a car chase through row home neighborhoods and he was hitting cars the whole chase parked and operated and once he crashed he tried to run and while they started to arrest him he tried to grab one of their guns and then they beat his ass,im still looking fro the original story now to post the local news link.

    • @mini me This city is out of control and the ghetto areas have no respect for authority and they can't be trusted so how do people expect the cops to react when half of these deadbeats are repeat offenders,our incarceration/criminal system here in our country is a complete failure so i can't blame the cops for their reaction when our cities muder rate is on coarse to beat last years numbers.

  • I'm sorry but Citizens need to intervene on these types of actions not by attacking the Police but trying to diffuse this type of crap even if the person committed a crime this only makes it easier for that person to get off on that crime if they get beat down like that.
