3 hours North of Chetvero, a group of young people were walking along the roadside when hit by a Mitsubishi Libero. 2 pedestrians were hit, including a 24-year-old girl thrown into the air then onto the asphalt, & a young man struck the windshield. The young man crashed through the windshield falling dead onto the driver.

However, the culprit did not think to stop. On the contrary, he increased speed to get away from the accident scene. The driver tried to get rid of the body, which he managed to throw onto the passenger seat. In doing so , he lost control, went off the road and crashed into a concrete block near a roadside shop.

The driver is covered in the blood of the man he killed.
