@ChumCannon It has to do with how frequently keyframes are embedded in the stream. You can only seek to keyframes, which are full images of the frame. All other frames are only incremental changes to the frame that came before. That's just how video compression works. Reducing the number of keyframes makes the file size a little smaller.
