Anyone involved in passing this bill should be brought up for high treason and face the death penalty. This is a bald faced attack on the Judicial Branch of the Government and an assault on the American Citizen not to mention a violation of Posse Comitatus. This violates so much of the United States Constitution that it's beyond ridiculous.

The president's first job is NOT, as Obama said, "to keep the American people safe"; it's to protect and defend the constitution of the United States. That's the oath he swore when he took office.
