This video originally appeared in a propaganda upload that is stage managed to to control the debate by blocking users and deleting comments that are anti-Assad. This upload represents a rejection of this censorship mentality. I will not delete any comments nor do I have any users blocked.

Sights of the president with huge crowds of people. Media reports that he has lost the support of Sunnis in Syria are a blatant propaganda fabrication by desperate terrorist factions and their foreign backers who are losing a war. The divide and rule tactic was used in Afghanistan and Iraq to use ethnic or religious divides to facilitate invasions and agendas. The same is being attempted in Syria by the propaganda outlets trying to portray the Syrian government and army as Alawite without Sunni participation.

My comments

The above comments are complete fiction. This civil war is made in Syria, fueled partly upon religious rejection of Alawis by Sunnis and partly by the relegation of Sunnis to second class citizens in the Alawi governments of the Assad dynasty. The spark was the Arab Spring. There is no doubt that the tiny Alawite minority has packed the key government positions with Alawis. That link from April 2011 seems to predict the shabiha massacres orchestrated by Assad's regime in the months to follow. The other thing to notice is the personality cult nature of the Assad regime. This propaganda is essentially from a script written by the Assad government. Because they live in an isolated country surrounded by the personality cult propaganda they don't realize how silly their statements that "all Syrians love Assad" sound.
