I'm sceptical but also intrigued, after watching the video and doing some research i found out there may be some truth in this: the original UFO footage was filmed late 1942 and was filmed on-board a Yakovlev Yak-9 Russian fighter aircraft which (somehow) managed to shoot the UFO down, near the town of Muravlenko,

what was filmed was apparently taken from the KGB files and released middle of last year, there are a few other videos floating around the web, one (thats 1.5 hours long) detailing from someone from area 51 comfirming that is what "greys" look like (link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=4QiI-i5Ge1w )
