Sadly an unknown victim discovered tied up butchered in a plastic bag among rubbish, decomposing with flies over him, the crowd arranged to take him to Rowdha Hospital in Taiz (which was recently shelled by the government causing evacuation of patients), because the government refused to be involved in his burial.
This is in Wadi AlQadi in Taiz, where anti-Saleh fighters have put up a strong fight against the incursions of Republican Guards loyal to the son of president Ali Abdullah Saleh, in order to prevent killing of demonstrators. Although the identity is unknown, it is assumed that this is most likely one from the revolutionary forces hence civilian appearance, killed by government loyalists.
Today once again there is talk of the president transfering power under a Gulf brokered initiative presented by the UK government at the UN, but it does not address the issue of prosecution of those guilty of crimes against humanity and corruption, in fact it tries to offer immunity for the president and key figures and is therefore not backed by the Yemeni people involved in the revolution. The plan is seen as showing little vision and realistical strategy for the future and is likely to fail disastrously.
