As above. Can't confirm it's authenticity though. Looks kinda fishy and the dialect of the men talking is a bit off. Took place in Homs old District on the 15th of July 2012.

Doesn't add up. The guy they shot wouldn't be on his own so they are way too close to get away after the shot.Most sniper shots are going to be from at least 200 yards or it's too dangerous for the sniper.
