It is not fat. If it was fat it wouldn't be able to do what it does @ 01:00 . It does look fat i give you that but look at its head. Head is just huge but at the same time perfectly proportionate to the rest of the body. If that was fat then Maru wouldn't be able to walk as the stomach would be draggin along the ground. So i would say that it is just fluffy.

lol, I wonder if it realizes that it's not going all the way into the box? I never was a really big cat person. Not only am I allergic to the fur-balls, but I have always found dogs a little more appealing. Still though, that cat is pretty funny!
