A Conspiracy Theorist?

Ok, so every-time I make a statement that is anti establishment or something outside of the corporate paid media, I get called a conspiracy theorist. Yet we all know that governments, corporations and people conspire.

We should not be agitated by claims about conspiracy. That there are conspiracies is clearly true. I myself conspire to win the minds of others with truth.

Conspiracy is commonplace. Back-room deals happen constantly across the globe. Deals that cut some interested party out happen all the time. Illegal deals/agreements/plans/conspiracies are a standard around the world. So before you jump on someone as a conspiracy theorist, it seems that we could use some specificity.

The question when hearing about a particular conspiracy is whether the claim is verifiable. What kind of source do we have for the claim? Even then, it's shaky. The New York Times might be an authority on a conspiracy, or, considering its merry friendship with bankers in the run-up to the collapse in the housing/banking system in 2008, perhaps they are part of the subterfuge. All the media networks that made fun of those who warned us about the housing market plunge, they were also labeled, dismissed and even blamed. Peter schiff would warn of the 08 collapse since 2004, yet every networked played along with the bankers and the establishment news agenda.

It is way too easy to satirize the crazies who believe in conspiracy theories, but back in the early 1980s, in Washington DC, a man on Massachusetts Avenue, holding his sign that read "Catholic Priests were sexually abusing children, and the Vatican knew about it". That was twenty years before the story broke. Or those who warned us about Monsanto's products being poison to life stock and humans in the 90s, 2 decades before their point was verified. And lets not forget that Galileo was found "suspect of heresy," namely of having held the opinions that the Sun lies motionless at the center of the universe, that the Earth is not at its center and moves, and that one may hold and defend an opinion as probable after it has been declared contrary to Holy Scripture. He was required to "abjure, curse and detest"

In today's age we have technologies and past events that are being exposed or declassified to be true, when anyone who spoke of it was tagged a Conspiracy Theorist just 15 years ago. So please reserve your comments, if you are one of those who uses the word Conspiracy Theorist when encountering some ideas that rattles your reality. Conspiracy Theorists were some of greatest names that went down in history, and you just may be complimenting someone.
